Using max1 instant glue

Max1 is an extraordinary industrial adhesive that has been developed in Europe after years of research by one of the country’s leading chemical companies. The product is quite unique and produces permanent bonds between similar and dissimilar materials within seconds.

Max1 belongs to a new family of super adhesives which are known as alpha-cyanoacrylate, these new adhesives have a unique chemical reaction which allows them to chemically bond materials together permanently.

These “new generation adhesives” were developed after years of laboratory testing to meet the exacting demands of modern industry.  The manufacturing process used in our facilities in Europe ensures that the product is highly refined and very concentrated.  This lengthy manufacturing process makes our alpha-cyanoacrylate adhesives extremely pure, giving Max 1 its unique ability to bond materials together with tremendous strength.

Max1 meets or exceeds all industry standards for adhesives.  It is totally unaffected by extremes of cold or heat and will not lose any of its adhesive qualities resulting from exposures to chemical, oil or water.  Max 1 requires no mixing or extended curing times, it will bond instantly, even with highly porous materials which are no match for this “super-adhesive”.

Application

Max1 has many commercial applications such as automotive repairs and antique restoration. It is also used extensively by service industries.

Max1 is ideally suited for model makers and provides inexpensive yet permanent repairs for almost every type of sports equipment.

Max1 permanently bonds wood, steel, aluminum, porcelain, glass, rubber, hard PVC, ABS as well as every other common plastic in use today.

Max1 is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and bio-degradable.

Success for using max1 instant glue

It is important that the surfaces to be bonded are cleaned before applying max1 adhesive. In the case of glass, as an example, each of the surfaces to be bonded should be free of oil or grease and thoroughly cleaned with either acetone or white spirits which should be allowed to dry naturally before applying the adhesive.

As with all adhesives, max1 performs better when the components to be bonded are free of rust, oil, grease or residues from previous adhesives. If previous glue or old paint are present on the surfaces to be joined it may be necessary to slightly roughen the area with sandpaper and then clean before applying max1. This will ensure a strong and lasting bond.

Even though the immediate bond between surfaces is incredibly strong, max1 can become even stronger when allowed to cure at room temperature over an eight hour period. When bonding highly absorbent materials it may be necessary to use more adhesive than normal, however, max1 is much more effective when using a thin veneer on non absorbent materials.
